| Welcome to the Eastside Youth Soccer Association Referees (EYSA Referees) web site dedicated to organizing and assisting the EYSA Referees Program.
EYSA is located in Bellevue, Washington and consists of over 8,000 players and the corresponding Parents, Coaches, and Administrators. We are one of the Associations that exist within the geographical area identified by the Washington State Youth Soccer Association as District II.

| Required Paperwork | | The following paperwork must be on file in order to referee for EYSAReferees.
Everyone:
1) Independent Contractor Form
2) Apply for Risk Management Assessment (RMA) - no actual paperwork required, just applying online will be enough.
Under 18 Years Old:
1) Parent/School Form
2) Proof of Age (e.g. copy of birth certificate or Visa)

| Recertification for 2013 | | If you were certified as a referee for the first time before July 1, 2012, you will need to recertify for 2013.
